The Talent Accelerator partnered with Fidelity Bank Ghana on an 18-month Culture Refresh Journey — transforming what began as a conversation about talent strategy into an organisation-wide reinvention of Vision, Mission, and Values.
Working alongside Fidelity's leadership team, we co-created a programme built on storytelling, connection, and the everyday behaviours that make culture tangible. The journey culminated in the official launch of Fidelity's new SPEC'D Values — celebrated by over 1,100 employees in Accra, with hundreds more joining from across the country.
CX Launchpad

Sun King
The CX Launchpad works directly with portfolio companies to embed customer experience as a driver of commercial performance. Across 43 projects this year — 30 completed — the programme has delivered hands-on advisory and operational support spanning digital experience, agent optimisation, marketing, and operational efficiency.
At Sun King, which now serves 9.3 million customers, the Launchpad conducted a ground-up review of the customer onboarding journey from the agent's perspective, identifying friction points and practical improvements to drive activation and retention.

HDBank serves women-led MSMEs in Vietnam --a segment that faces persistent barriers to credit through lack of collateral and higher perceived risk. The bank offers preferential interest rates and loan terms of up to five years, disbursing more than $1 billion to women-owned businesses to date, with 46% of retail customers being women.
LeapFrog's investment was led by a 100% women team, headed by Partner Fernanda Lima. Its share price is up x% since we invested in 2021.

Impact Measurement
Quantifying impact using DALYs
LeapFrog has developed a methodology to measure the real-world health value of capital deployed — applying Disability Adjusted Life Years (DALYs), the established framework for public health assessment, to direct investments such as diagnostics and indirect investments such as health insurance.
Working with Softlogic Life, Sri Lanka's largest health insurance provider, and PA Consulting, LeapFrog has demonstrated how a single comparable unit can quantify the years of healthy life generated by an investment — giving capital allocators, fund managers, and insurers a rigorous basis for reporting health outcomes that goes beyond financial returns.
